Nature of the Website

DeWitt County Inmate Population is a private reference website with no government authority. It does not store official jail records, booking photos, warrants, court files, or custody records, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, or file legal documents.

The site points visitors toward DeWitt County jail-record resources, Illinois FOIA information under 5 ILCS 140, court-record paths, and third-party research tools.

Use Rules

• Do not use the site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not make hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or similar decisions based on site content.
• Do not try to access systems, accounts, or data without permission.
